El equipo FVF pasĆ³ una maƱana como voluntario en CTFB Kitchen. Ayudamos a preparar 1572 comidas, lavamos innumerables platos, hicimos masa para pizza y nos reĆ­mos de lo tontos que nos veĆ­amos con las redes para el cabello (Ā”y la barba!). NOSOTROS ayudamos a apoyar el programa Summer Meals that Matter. MĆ”s familias del Ć”rea de Austin enfrentan hambre durante los meses de verano que en cualquier otra Ć©poca del aƱo. Las facturas de servicios pĆŗblicos mĆ”s altas y la ausencia de comidas escolares gratuitas o de precio reducido hacen que este sea un momento muy difĆ­cil para las familias y las personas mayores en nuestra comunidad.
