¿Qué determina quién tiene la culpa en un accidente de tráfico?

En Texas, al igual que en todos los demás estados, existe un conjunto de reglas oficiales que dictan cómo se supone que debe conducir. Los conductores tienen la obligación implícita de permanecer seguros en la carretera, y el Código de Transporte de Texas define claramente esta responsabilidad, por lo que generalmente es fácil de probar para un abogado.
