The Girls Empowerment Network is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering girls and giving them the necessary tools to thrive.
Spark Change Project
Happy to be in our 3rd year of supporting the Spark Change Project! This year had such a wonderful cohort. Since its inception, Spark Change Project has taken action on 53 different bills. They truly support policies that promote girls’ well-being so they can thrive in achieving their goals and advocating for a world where girls are unstoppable.
Radiant G Conference
Designed especially for girls and youth across the gender spectrum (and the people who care about them), Radiant G Conference 2023 brought together close to 1,000 attendees for a day filled with empowerment and energy!
Amplify Austin Match
We truly believe in the work that Girls Empowerment Network does and it was great to boost the funds they were able to raise for Amplify Austin!
Power Chats
We love power chats! They are small group discussions about career paths, community leadership, and are a great opportunity to create a connection with a girl, get to know her, and share a bit about yourself.
Spark Change Day
Spark Change Project has a mission to center girls of color as leaders in advocacy who discover their activist voices, and galvanize their peers to engage in their own passions for positive social change.
CAMP Power Chats
FVFer Caitlyn had an amazing time participating in Girls Empowerment Network’s CAMP Power Chats today. CAMP is designed to inspire girls to ignite their power and use it to advocate for themselves and their communities. Caitlyn got to chat with the girls about all kinds of things including her career path and job at FVF, what makes her feel powerful, plus very important topics like her favorite food, animal, and ice cream flavor! FVF is a proud sponsor of Girls Empowerment Network.
Spark Change Day
We were honored to partner with the Girls Empowerment Network and sponsor their virtual Spark Change Day. The team at FVF was excited to see young girls inspired to use their voice to advocate for causes they believe in. Special appearances included Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia and Harris County Judge Lina Hildago.
